"When I first arrived in Dr. Lambeth's office I was in great pain with arthritis in both hips, could not stand or sit more that 30 minutes without pain running from my right hip to my groin. I walked bended over and had to walk sideways when going downstairs. I slept on a moisture-heating pad most nights and could hardly get out of bed in the morning. I also spent a lot of time in the recliner containing a spa seat with heat. Exercise or walking was limited. I found Dr. Lambeth's office listed on the director on the first floor where I work. "The problem I was having was neck pain when I first saw Dr. Lambeth. I had problems turning my head and muscle spasms. This was ongoing for about three weeks. I had been getting massages at a local massage center to try to deal with the discomfort.
